Breakthrough 45 Day 17

“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden;
nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand,
and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men
in such a way that they may see your good works,
and glorify your Father who is in heaven.“
Matthew 5:14-16

This week the Lord has been teaching us about our authority as His sons and daughters. Each night we were given a new piece of that identity and were able to recognize the lies that were keeping us from it. Papa started by again going to those deep places in our hearts and healing wounds that kept us from believing that He is our protector. Not believing that Papa is our protector keeps Him from being able to encounter every part of our hearts because we have closed off areas out of pain. We want the fullness of Father God because allowing our hearts to trust Him again will bring healing and the fresh wind of His Spirit that we all long for!

What power there is when a group full of lovesick people can join together in prayer, calling forth destinies of nations! God longs for us to take hold of the keys of the Kingdom and exercise the authority we have through Him. Do we want to see nations saved in a day? Do we want to see a generation turn to Jesus? Let us then stand in that authority as sons and daughters of the King, no longer letting lies hold us back in despair and fear.

Join us tomorrow night for our weekly Family Night from 7-9pm, and enjoy a time of worship together and an encouraging word at Embassy Church this Sunday evening!
